unlocking my cellphone worked well. I checked out the "how to" video beforehand and followed instructions. Had a little trouble understanding what the " SP provider" meant, but was able to figure it out and used the sub provider code given and it worked like a charm. . Received e-mail with unlocked code is less than 2 hours . Price was very reasonable and payment was easy to make using paypal.
