I bought my son an inq cell phone for easter and in 1 month the phone was frozen. With it being only a month old and still under warranty i called the company about getting it fixed they sent me to walmart where I bought the phone and walmart stated they do not do repairs and I would have to contact the network company which was telus. which I did the local telus shop refused to fix the phone. so to make a long story short I bought a second hand sony ericson experia play which was of course locked to a different network. was searching online how to fix this and found this site which is awesome and has great prices. phone works great
