“SCAM”

After 24 hours I got an email telling me to wait for a refund as my phone could not be unlocked. Their phone number given does not exist. Paypal ignored my request to withhold payment.
My conclusion? SCAM
So many companies request payment by Paypal nowadays and I will refuse to do business with any of them. This must be the fifth or sixth time Paypal have facilitated a scam - they too ignore emails and their customer service is a joke.
Luckily, a few quid is neither here nor there. The principle is the galling issue.
