Stay away from them. They won't refund my money even though they weren't able to unlock my phone. Never responded to any of my emails. It needs to be shut down for good. (read more)

OK, I just want to submit an update. They finally refunded my money but only after I threatened them with a chargeback. It took a while to get it but I did get it back. Next time I'll pay a little more and deal with a more reputable business.

“Could not unlock a popular phone!”

I paid about $6 US for the unlock code for my TMobile MyTouch 4G. A day or so later, I got an email from them that said that 'Joe' would have to generate an unlock code manually. A day after that, I got an email that said they could not get an unlock code for 'various' reasons, and my PayPal refund would take 5-6 days.
