I paid about $6 US for the unlock code for my TMobile MyTouch 4G. A day or so later, I got an email from them that said that 'Joe' would have to generate an unlock code manually. A day after that, I got an email that said they could not get an unlock code for 'various' reasons, and my PayPal refund would take 5-6 days. They also said that it was 'very unlikely' that another online company would be able to provide a code. Well, I went to another site and got my code in 2 hours and it worked fine! This company seems clueless. Look instead for a provider that has a toll free help line with regular customer support hours and you will probably find the company I used.
