Its pretty much like the title says. Still waiting for my Q10 unlock code. Been 4 days almost 5. If you value your time and need your phone for work don't use these guys. After a 1-7 hour promised wait time I am pretty disappointed.
Emailed to complain, promised prompt rectification of the situation in reply but still waiting.
Pay a little more an save yourself the hassle.
Would give no stars if I could.
