I have a Blackberry Bold 9900. I wasn't completely sure about using the net to unlock it, but gave it a go anyways. After paying with paypal..my IE crashed, and I thought I had just lost my money.

Wrote them an email......not even 10 min later [name removed] wrote back. Very efficient, great customer service! I'd give 100 stars if it would be possible.

Within minutes my blackberry was unlocked.

By far the best service online. I would recommend to anyone who needs to unlock their phones.
