I had my HTC CHACHA screen replaced by MBlue , the initial service was prompt. I then had to return the phone as the touch screen began failing. I returend it within the warranty period of the repair. I waited more than 7 working days and still my phone was not returned. I had called after 5 days and was told there was a problem with the parts they had received and that it should be back with me within 7 days. This was not th case. I had no communication from them , the only thing i could view on their online tracking was the date it was received by them. It has been a poor customer service experience.
