“Recieved iPhone back with wifi not working”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! iPhone came back with wifi greyed out and not working, it was working fine before I sent it. When I rang to make a complaint they told me that the wifi was not working when I sent it, they admit no responsibility what so ever and refused to fix the problem. The staff are also very rude
