AVOID AT ALL COSTS - COWBOYS

Phone sent back for screen replacement, LCD was fine.
Phone took 8 working days to be returned despite me ringing to check the part was in stock and being told the repair was normally same day.
Website states 2 to 3 working days !!
When phone was returned screen had been repaired and was functioning but now the speaker earpiece is so distorted it is almost impossible to have a converstaion.

Not a chance am I sending it back to them for them to redeem as I have read other reviews and it will not be their fault !!!!!!!!!
