“Delays”

Written on: 27/07/2012

Was told 2-3 working days when I paid. Then told 3-5 working days. It is now 6 working days and they still havent dispatched it.

I was never told of the delay - an email would have been nice. Instead I have to call them and the person I spoke to just didnt care - said if I had a complaint to email them.
