“Still waiting”

I have used the service before and was very impressed, a different story this time. I sent my iphone off by special delivery, receipt was acknowledged two days later. Six working days after they received the phone I am still waiting, I have e-mailed to chase but have had no response. I rely on my phone heavily for work and need it back, I wish I hadn't bothered and I should have put up with the crack in the corner.
This isn't isolated a collegue sent off her son's ipod and at the same time and has received the same service.
