I had sent my iphone for repair and part replacement but it came back not fully functional as seller described he has replaced the part but it did not fixed the problem. I have contacted seller 3 times but no one bothered to reply back as i informed them of missing protective cover on back of iphone.

I emailed on 3 different ocassions and asked them to ship the missing part as it will cost me to purchase it again and even if they had taken it to save any postage cost, it will not make any difference as it was very thin and light part.

As problem with my phone still persists due to which i am in doubt if any replacement really took place but i am not asking for refund and taken this situation as an exception.

Now seller claims he do not have any record of any casing with the phone.

Just save yourself some stress and go to some local shop instead of these thugs who are hiding behind screens.
