Sent off my daughter's iPod Touch to get fixed (cracked screen, dented rear case, lock switch dodgy). In the post Monday 4:45pm, returned during the day Thursday. Perfect. Can't knock their service one bit (well, ok I had an issue getting the online form to work so I phoned them - they answered within two rings - nice and friendly too!)

We'd previously used their service to fix her HTC Mobile (teenagers!) and they were just as good then - turned around in 3 days.

Can't add much more apart from to say that they are thoroughly recommended by me!
