Vodafone are the worst phone company I've ever been with.

I wouldn't recommend Vodafone to anyone. They keep randomly restricting my phone claiming I haven't paid my phone bill (when I have) then attempting to charge my bank account £150!

In the past 2 weeks, my phone has been restricted on 3 different occasions. The first time, I went into the store and they claimed I hadn't paid my bill, in return I showed them a copy of my bank statement and they apologized for the inconvenience.

The second time they blocked my phone, then claimed them I owed them more money (Which I don't) and they've just blocked my phone again, claiming I owe a higher amount than I do.

Whats more annoying, is that you are't even warned about it - one second your phone work, the next it doesn't.

Its flipping ridiculous!!
