“Internet problems. . . . ”

I have always liked Vodafone and so switched from o2 to Vodafone with a Samsung galaxy. I love this phone and would recommend it to anyone BUT my mobile data is not very good at all. IT HARDLY WORKS. I try to go onto the internet because i am paying for it but it says that it could not connect. This is not because of signal as it happens wherever I go. Carfull readers as vodafone pay and give insentives to customers to write these reviews, It may even be their own social media staff. Dont let them do this As you can see the overall rating paints the true picture of how terrible of a network they are

I can assure you I am not a 'paid customer' to have written this review. Do you think that I would have been paid to write a bad review?
I have now switched to an Iphone 5s but still no better with my internet access via mobile data.
I think I shall be moving again.

“Don't let them get away with it!”

I've never had a problem with Vodafone as a network, but recently they tried to take £337 + £180 from my account for sending thousands of texts in a month. They then told me that it was a fault with my phone and that it could not be refunded. It took a long time and many trips backwards and forwards to stores to get a resolution. It is now under review so we will see what happens… Read Full Review
