“1000 year contract and 2 weeks to get a PAC code”

I had five iPhones on a business account with Vodafone. At the end of the contract, 4 numbers were successfully ported to EE within a week but after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for a PAC code for the fifth one. The problem seems to be that according to Vodafone the contract doesn't end until 3015! I have spent at least two days of time being shunted between Vodafone and Excalibur Communications (so called Platinum partner). “Vodafone - the worst mobile company ”

I have been with Vodafone for a number of years and so have most of my family members. When it came to my upgrade I couldn't afford the monthly contract with the phone I wanted. My previous contact they had done a deal for me and my brother if we had the exact same contract and phone we got a really good offer on it when I then asked to do the same the members of staff were incredibly rude and there was no need for it. “WORST SHOP AND NETWORK AVOID LIKE CANCER!”

Shop was terrible never did what they were ment to do, cause me all sort of trouble for me. I had a contract woith them for 24months i paid all 24 months on time. In my 23 month i went into the Stockotn on tees shop and said i do not want my contract rolling over. “Absolutely Useless!”

I came to Vodafone thinking that their Customer Service and Phone reception is better than the other providers.....what a BIG MISTAKE!...I've been with EE, T-Mobile, Orange and Three in the past.....Vodafone Customer services has definitely been the worst I've dealt with. “Website Nightmare”

Why so difficult to speak to a real human being? The website appears to be designed to send the poor frustrated customer spinning in ever decreasing circles. Ask the Tech Team- if only! Speak to an advisor- only if you're considering buying a new phone/contract. The title says it all! What a bunch of inbred plonkers and money grabbers. Got a contract of them after years with O2 and I wish I hadn't. The phones okay but nothing works elsewhere. You can't register online therefore enabling you to check your bills etc and ring them or live chat them and you get some idiot in India who can barely speak English let alone understand you. I'm an immigrant who came to Ireland a few months ago. First I had a phone number on o2 but due to rude customer service I changed. There just had to be better alternatives. Boy, was I wrong. I signed up for a 30 day contract on Vodafone in their store on Pavilions, Swords. Since I had urgent matters to attend to involving calls back to Sweden, I wanted foreign calls for a good price. “No Customer Loyalty”

I was with Vodafone for 10 years and upgraded in December to a 4G contract. Only problem was I couldn't ever get 4G signal. After numerous calls to the call centre, re-sets, remote re-sets, visits in store for them to do re-sets, it was suggested my phone might be duff. I asked in store if I could change the handset. “Keep Well Away!!!”

I took a 2 yr contract with Vodafone after chaecking that i have clear 3G signal for calls and Internet via my new blackberry and was assured it was perfect. I did not get round to testing the service until after the initial 7 days cooling off period and realised very poor connection to 3G and kept moving to 2G just enough for calls. I have been a PAYG customer with Vodafone for many years with little problem until 2 months ago when I decided to move to a monthly contract with them. That is when it all started to go wrong! “Horrible customer service”

The problem with this company is that they are impossible to contact if you have an issue, and you do have may with them. Moreover, if you do manage to talk to anybody in the call center they claim they know nothing, they can not confirm the data, they can not see your invoices and they can not confirm whether they are overcharging you unless you pay the bill.
