“Robbed us blind”

My mum had a contract out from vodaphone, everything was going well until it came to the end of the contract, she went it to tell them that it was the end of the contract and that she wouldn't be renewing it, they told her that she had write a letter saying that she wasn't renewing, so she wrote 2 letters, one to hand in instore where she took the contract out and oneto send off to the rellavent address, so she went in store and handed it in then asked for the address where she needed to send… Read Full Review

“Worst Customer Service of ANY company”

I joined Vodafone because they seemed like the biggest mobile company in the UK, so I expected excellent coverage, as promised on the website. I'd seen they did not score well on customer service, but I figured this would be a secondary concern if the coverage was great. I even got a 20% discount because of who I worked for. “Vodafone in Farnham are Brilliant!”

Although I do mostly use the service online, I have had occasion to visit this shop. Both times they have bent over backwards to help me and fix my phone/sort out any problems for me and with no charge. They are very clever at what they do and they always seem to have time for you. Their product knowledge is outstanding so if you need to upgrade or change your phone, I would recommend them 100%. “rip off”

warning for any brits coming to spain.stay away from the Vodafone retail outlets.they are franchises and would rob you blind with no back up from Vodafone.be warned,i handed over 20euro for a top up that didn't happen and I cant get my money back.i complained to Vodafone who said I should have done top up through my phone and go back to the shop which I did to no avail… Read Full Review

“Vodafone passed private information FPC without my consent”

Vodafone passed my date of birth to debt collectors without my consent Vodafone sent me a wrong bill. So, I refused to pay. Then, they cut off the mobile connection, but, didn't correct the wrong bill. 2 month later, all of the sudden, FPC (debt collectors) started calling me every day. “Internet problems. . . . ”

I have always liked Vodafone and so switched from o2 to Vodafone with a Samsung galaxy. I love this phone and would recommend it to anyone BUT my mobile data is not very good at all. IT HARDLY WORKS. I try to go onto the internet because i am paying for it but it says that it could not connect. This is not because of signal as it happens wherever I go. “Vodafone Customer Services ??? The Original Black Hole.”

“Apalling Service and Support”

I have been with vodafone for about 9 months now and within that time they have messed up my bill over 3 times. There support is shocking and appaling. Often having to repeat myself because the staff clearly do not understand my issue. Have been promised a call back from a senior member of staff twice. “keep getting me back”

I have had a mobile phone continuously now for over 10 years and have been with a number of providers including Orange, O2 and others that are no longer in the limelight but I always seem to come back to Voda. I'm currently on an Anytime 100 tarrif with an add on for text messages but for some reason they give me an extra 50 minutes a month and I don't get charged for weekend calls to landlines or other Vodafones either. i recently canceled my contract with vodafone as my contract was up and i have bought my own phone . i then got a call from vodafone asking why i had cancelled so i told them i was going to a sim only deal with giffgaff for £15 a month. vodafone then offered the same package for £10.50 a month but instead of unlimited internet it had 500mb with another 500mb free. i asked if it was on a contract which they said it was a 12month contract so i agreed. i received a email with my new contract on… Read Full Review

“Don't let them get away with it!”

I've never had a problem with Vodafone as a network, but recently they tried to take £337 + £180 from my account for sending thousands of texts in a month. They then told me that it was a fault with my phone and that it could not be refunded. It took a long time and many trips backwards and forwards to stores to get a resolution. “Vodafone are the worst phone company I've ever been with.”

I wouldn't recommend Vodafone to anyone. They keep randomly restricting my phone claiming I haven't paid my phone bill (when I have) then attempting to charge my bank account £150! In the past 2 weeks, my phone has been restricted on 3 different occasions. “worst customer service”

I bought a pay as you go phone with £10 top up which should have got me free min and texts. As there was no credit I called vodafone customer services, I got through to the most arrogant man who kept repeating that vodaphone has done nothing wrong, basically it's my fault that I didn't register it correctly. “Disappointing Service ”

I would warn anyone against using vodafone. I have never had such bad service from a mobile phone provider. I was with o2 for many years and never had any problems. I switched to Vodafone as my family were vodafone users and I wanted to be able to use 'vodafone family'. I wish I had not changed as the service has been horrendous. My husband had exactly the same problem on his phone, he doesn't even use the internet (wouldn't know how to), it went on for about six months, had to keep contacting them and they would promise to remove it from the bills, but kept appearing, they did refund but treated us like liars and said there were no records of previous calls to them, how many people are they doing this to who don't check their bills? that's why all 3 of us are leaving Vodafone.
