“No issues at all”

Honestly had no issues with Vodafone - sorry to hear of the other people's issues. Vodafone have given me a smartphone for free (G300), I have 200 mins / mth. and 250mb data / mth. which is more than enough for me, for £11.50 over 24mths. The coverage is excellent. Any account issues have been sorted easily with their call centre and an issue I had with the phone was sorted very fast, despite a bank holiday being in the middle of the turn-around for the repairs. Just don't go try and use it in Central London (Liverpool St, Bank, Moorgate are) - you won't be able to use that data...or perhaps even take phone calls.

“Unhappy”

My card was used for bank fraud. The people.person bought over 10 contracts of mobile phones. Vodafone was one company they set up a direct debit for over £900. I called up Vodafone to help and they told me that I would need to provide my receipt of purchase in order to receive further information. Obviously I did not have this as I did not undergo the purchase. Sort it out Vodafone! (read more)

“Robbed us blind”

My mum had a contract out from vodaphone, everything was going well until it came to the end of the contract, she went it to tell them that it was the end of the contract and that she wouldn't be renewing it, they told her that she had write a letter saying that she wasn't renewing, so she wrote 2 letters, one to hand in instore where she took the contract out and oneto send off to the rellavent address, so she went in store and handed it in then asked for the address where she needed to... “Worst Customer Service of ANY company”

I joined Vodafone because they seemed like the biggest mobile company in the UK, so I expected excellent coverage, as promised on the website. I'd seen they did not score well on customer service, but I figured this would be a secondary concern if the coverage was great. I even got a 20% discount because of who I worked for. “Vodafone in Farnham are Brilliant!”

Although I do mostly use the service online, I have had occasion to visit this shop. Both times they have bent over backwards to help me and fix my phone/sort out any problems for me and with no charge. They are very clever at what they do and they always seem to have time for you. Their product knowledge is outstanding so if you need to upgrade or change your phone, I would recommend them 100%. They will find the right phone for you with honesty and not just sell you the most expensive... (read more)

“Despite I'm a new user i like everything”

Bought new phone (Samsung) this week. Change an oldy o2 to Vodafon. During this time everything is OK! Connection, all data - no problem at all. I'm a manager so i should be always online, and with vodafone a can simply deal with anything i need. (read more)

“Vodafone passed private information FPC without my consent”

Vodafone passed my date of birth to debt collectors without my consent Vodafone sent me a wrong bill. So, I refused to pay. Then, they cut off the mobile connection, but, didn't correct the wrong bill. 2 month later, all of the sudden, FPC (debt collectors) started calling me every day. They ask me to tell them my birthday for security purpose. It’s obvious Vodafone passed my highly confidential information to them without my consent. Isn't this illegal ? (read more)

I have always liked Vodafone and so switched from o2 to Vodafone with a Samsung galaxy. I love this phone and would recommend it to anyone BUT my mobile data is not very good at all. IT HARDLY WORKS. I try to go onto the internet because i am paying for it but it says that it could not connect. This is not because of signal as it happens wherever I go. I recently went into a Vodafone shop in Peterborough queens-gate. A man there did something to my phone and now it works a little better.... (read more)

“Vodafone Customer Services ??? The Original Black Hole.”

Mis-sold payg tariff in Reading store. Two revisits to store. No refund. Two phone calls to Customer Services, very long wait to be connected, and no help. Advised to contact store. E-mailed with full details. Automated response with promise of contact within 24h. Still waiting. Two letters to Customer Services including registered delivery. No response. One month later, now taking Court action. Never again. (read more)
