“Awful service”

Tried to port a number to Vodafone from my old provider. Was told it would be done within 24 hours and to keep my phone off until after 24 hours to let it port. It wasn't done after this time so I called them, they said it would be done by 4pm the next day (another 24 hours). Still wasn't done. Phoned again. They said it would be done by 8pm.Still nothing, phoned again at 9pm to be told it would be done by midnight. Still not done by 8am so called to cancel my entire new contract. “Pile of pants continues as I get my PAK codes -...”

Only been with Vodafone for a week - not able to access or set up my on-line account as the wrong email was the 'Username' also they have two databases (one being C-Board/See-Board) and one wouldn't show my number while the other wouldn't show my account details. “Terrible terrible terrible”

Nearly 2 hours, 4 phone calls, no one answering, repeating my details 6 times. Then finally told that although i had already passed security , the last guy decided i had got a question wrong for him so he would not help me. Indian call centre, pass you from one dept to another, on hold for aeons, same music blaring over and over. Unhelpful staff. Told me tp gp to the nearesr store (30 miles for me). 15 years ago I got my first mobile phone and it was through Vodafone. I was pleased with them at the time, although we drifted company as I hopped around the other networks in search of better deals. I had the same problem, brought a mobile with them and went to change mobile...the price was too higher in store, phone Vodafone they gave me a good deal for my S5 which I should have got on the 13\5\15 phoned some many times..for mobile..then decided to cancel... They told me I have to wait until the mobile arrivals then cancel..went to the store they can't do anything either now it's 20\5 now... No mobile still.
I just want to cancel this contract and go with a different provider.

So on receiving an email from vodafone I discovered that IN STORE they had allowed someone to add on to my contract an iPad and iPhone. Un believable! Took me a month to sort out after phoning every day. The cust services operatives were difficult to understand and they couldn't understand me. After being issued with a £230 bill (usually £80) they told me to cancel my dd whilst it was being resolved. “Disinterested staff. No stock. ”

This company is a joke. Told by customer service that there were no Sure Signal boxes in stock for despatch and that I should pick one up in store. This was after requesting PAC code because of poor signal. Customer services MUST be aware that this item isn't in stock anywhere. Hasn't been in stock for two months at Canterbury so asked staff member to try Ashford. Also no stock. No idea when stock would be available and no offer to look into this. “1000 year contract and 2 weeks to get a PAC code”

I had five iPhones on a business account with Vodafone. At the end of the contract, 4 numbers were successfully ported to EE within a week but after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for a PAC code for the fifth one. The problem seems to be that according to Vodafone the contract doesn't end until 3015! I came to Vodafone thinking that their Customer Service and Phone reception is better than the other providers.....what a BIG MISTAKE!...I've been with EE, T-Mobile, Orange and Three in the past.....Vodafone Customer services has definitely been the worst I've dealt with.
