The title says it all!
What a bunch of inbred plonkers and money grabbers. Got a contract of them after years with O2 and I wish I hadn't. The phones okay but nothing works elsewhere. You can't register online therefore enabling you to check your bills etc and ring them or live chat them and you get some idiot in India who can barely speak English let alone understand you.
I've spent hours trying to get them to sort out various things and all I get is lies, lies and more lies. One person says one thing and the next contradicts it. Email them (and God it's hard to find out how to do this as they don't like it) and they never respond,
My phone took 10 days to arrive as they cocked it all up and therefore a week later they try and tell me I've passed the cooling off period as they started my contract the day I signed up! This should be illegal and your contract should start on the day you receive the handset as you have to sign for it.
Long and short.....getting nowhere with these inept idiots so I have sent the phone and the sim card (chopped up) to the CEO (address and name available if you want it) with a long winded letter telling him exactly what I and many think of them, also cancelled the DD and I don't give a monkies what they try and do. I'm off back to O2.
They should be done by trading standards for daring to use the words " CUSTOMER SERVICE", its a flaming liberty..
