“Horrible customer service”

The problem with this company is that they are impossible to contact if you have an issue, and you do have may with them.
Moreover, if you do manage to talk to anybody in the call center they claim they know nothing, they can not confirm the data, they can not see your invoices and they can not confirm whether they are overcharging you unless you pay the bill. Good one! Horrible service!
