As mentioned by other reviewers seems nothing but a catalogue of lies. Ordered phone - didn't arrive - phoned to be told that their supplier could not deliver till the next week and they had sent me an e-mail (which I never received) - numerous e-mails and attempts to call to chase them - sent recorded delivery letter listing all communications and insisting on a refund - this prompted an e-mail to tell me my refund was being processed - waited 2 days to see if money would come through -... “ My phone never arrived!”

Echoing the other reviews - very difficult to contact seller, they seemed nice when I got through by calling them, but my phone never arrived. Originally I was told that it had been delayed because they had to backorder the phone and "I should have received an email about it" (I hadn't). I waited, nothing happened. “still no phones from order paid and placed in March!!!”

I placed an order after speaking with the gentleman who answered the phone as i was concerned about the authenticity and reliability of this type of company. He sounded nice nad straight foward so I went ahead with the order. They took the payment from my card but the handsets were never received. The order was placed in March and I have called everyday, 3 times per day only to get an answer phone. On the one occassion i got through I was assured the handsets would be sent out. They... “AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST!”

Do not trust this seller or any of their guarantees about the grading of the phones or the GUARENTEED promise of your money back. They will not reply to any of your emails or return any phonecalls. The phone I purchased was listed as Grade A, absoulute rubbish, case badly marked with colour flaked off and scratches, screen full of scratches, slider clicks when used. I am writing this review today to try and prevent my mistake happening to anybody else, I have recently purchased a samsung EH250 for my grandmother via thephonewarehouse.net.
