I am writing this review today to try and prevent my mistake happening to anybody else, I have recently purchased a samsung EH250 for my grandmother via thephonewarehouse.net. She has never ordered anything off of the internet and is very skeptical of doing so. I managed to talk her into agreeing to purchase the item online we placed the order on May 27th payment made by Debit card there and then it is now June 11th and no phone. Have called their number over a dozen times and managed to get through once was promised a callback within 1 hour 5 hours later no response. I have emailed a request for a full refund and the order cancelled. I hope nobody else has this disgraceful service.
