from the start to where we are at the moment the service we got from your company has been shocking.the lies and poor service from your workers has also been shocking.we only wanted a phone for our sons birthday no strings. but seven hours of phone calls lie after lie mistake after mistake. then more lies after lies.have left us out of pocket but more importantly. no phone for our sons birthday. your staff are truely incompetent they are also terrible liars. i cant explain how strongly we feel over this ongoing saga and until we have been sent our seventy five pounds for the phone back will we feel we are still under your very difficult and overbearing control.i will never stop telling people how poorly treated we have been . i expect no reply or follow up from your company of liars because this must be how you treat every customer.whoever is incharge of your company must no that if you treat people this way sooner or later your customers will leave you.
