Now I have dealt with some poor service in my time but mobiles.co.uk having taken it to a new level.
I placed an order with them on a Monday and only received a confirmation email to say my order was being processed and that I would be contacted shortly.
On the Tuesday I received a txt asking for me to contact them as "THEY NEEDED TO SPEAK TO ME" now being on pay as you go my credit ran out before I was taken off hold, around 3 minutes (5 pound credit gone) and there was no option to leave a message for a call back. Anyway I left it at that as it had stated in my confirmation email that they would try and contact me on the number provided.
On Wednesday, still no contact so I emailed them and was shocked to find out that they would try and get back to me within 3 days (joke)
Finally on Thursday afternoon I received a call from them and they had the cheek to tell me they had been trying to call me, which they had not and could not provide times on when these calls had been made!!! Anyway after speaking to them, they had not even called in relation to my emails (where I had asked to cancelled my order due to the poor service) this had still no processed, so will probably get any call in the next couple of days no doubt.
So 4 days seems to be a normal turn around time for them with no contact to the customer to advise on what is going on, not quite the next day delivery offered on the website.
I'd stay clear but that's up to you.
