When my sons company ordered a phone, he was required to pick up a phone from local branch. He was not provided with any documents as to the contract. I realised after a month that they had added the phone to my existing EE contract. When asked to rectify their incompetence they were merely sending me on a merry-go-round with no resolution. IT IS BEST TO AVOID CARPHONEWAREHOUSE AS IT IS STAFFED BY INCOMPETENT MOROONS.
