I just had an appalling customer service experience at the hands of 'James' the manager of this store.

They had a phone advertised for £27 on their poster wall, but when I bought it they charged me £30. I queried this and was told pretty roughly that there was nothing he could or would do, crowing that the law was on his side.

I asked for his details and he just scrawled James on a piece of paper and told me that was all he had to do.

Don't buy from these people.

i couldn't agree more. they just pass you to one person to the next!!! no one wants to take responsibility you just get passed around instead. their geek insurance is the worst. they just give you such hard time getting your refund. takes apparently up to 10 working days......if you are lucky enough to give the correct details if not just say goodbye to the insurance refund or go to the branch where you bought your handset from. it's not even your fault they have your dob incorrect!!!!!
