Visited the Woking store to 'upgrade' as advertised only to be told that not only do I need to pay off the rest of my contract but also pay a further £150 towards setting up the new tariff. Hmmmm. The guy then guarantees the new phone will be in on Tuesday (as they don't have one in stock). Come Tuesday, surprise, surprise...no phone. Now it will definitely be in on Thursday. If it isn't then I will just cancel as I don't believe a word CPW say. Avoid. Run. Pray they go bust. This lot are just lazy and self-serving.
