Advertising false information

Car Phone have just lost me as a customer after 4 years. I have just tried to upgrade my contract with the information they advertise on their Website. I was put on hold 4 times, called back, told Manager had to agree but was in meetings constantly. I was given an offer and then put on hold and told I could not have it. Spent 1 hour of my life to this dreadful company. They do not exactly try to keep customers. I was not asking for anything apart from what I had seen advertised on their website which is false information. DO NOT GO THERE
