I wanted to upgrade my T-Mobile contract, had checked online the deal I wanted, tried T-Mobile, couldn't understand their telephone staff so went back to Carphone Warehouse where I bought the deal the month before. They called T Mobile who said they didn't offer the same deal as C?W so do it inshore. The sales woman was unable to find the deal on her inshore PC even though I was able to search it and show her on my phone. After an hour she told me I'd have to go home and buy online. What's the use of having staff who can't help. Useless waste of time. I have shopped online and found a better deal with Phones Direct. Won't be using C/W again.
