bought a phone from the Scarborough store on Monday April 7th and told that phone would be delivered to my home the next day.
No phone.Rang on Thursday 10th and told that my order hadn't left warehouse.
Rang Friday 11th and told phone would be with me by Monday although I said that I wanted to cancel the order. I was told that I would have to visit a store to do this.
This morning April 14th I rang Citizens Advice Bureau who told me that I could insist on cancellation by 'phone as they had broken the contract.
Again I rang the company and was told the phone had been sent to the Scarborough store eighty miles from my home.I insisted on cancelling the order and was told that I would have to ring back in 48 hours to obtain a refund.
The only communication I have had from the company was a text asking if I would refer them to a friend.
Needless to say I'm a very disgruntled out of pocket customer - I did ask customer services how much my calls to them were costing. Their reply 'dunno'
Ordered a phone from another company yesterday and was sent their parcel tracking number this morning - what a difference
