I pre-ordered Samsung S4 on 18th April as phone was due to be released on 26th April. After placing the order, I never received any mail/message to confirm, which is common as per them. Phone wasn't delivered on 26th and I called them, and they blamed it on Samsung. I still don't understand what Samsung got to do for intimating the customer about the order. Now, they promised the delivery on 03rd May. Come 3rd May, no phone. Again chase them up for an update. This time, they blame their warehouse for dispatching very late. Now, delivery is on 7th May as 6th is bank holiday. Oh god. Better to stay away from this company. Won't recommend this to my enemy either.
