Awful in every way & will sell your details

First they cancelled my old phone with my old network before my new phone had arrrived leaving me without a working phone. Staff in store agreed that this was terrible customer service however call centre staff seemed to think that this was fine and normal practice. Arranged for the phone to be redelivered to another address (2 members of staff confirmed that this had been changed) but the delivery company made 2 attempts to delivery to the original address and never changed it. When I eventually got the phone working, they then started charging me from the day they cancelled my old phone, not the day I actually got the phone. When I contacted them, the response was rude and looked as though it had been written by a school kid!

I have a poor signal on the phone (network with talk mobile - the carphone warehouse network) and Ive had restrictions placed on the internet that I didnt ask for which I now have to pay to have removed.

Since signing up to the contract I have had endless sales calls and calls from 'survey' companies which carphone warehouse have admitted was companies they pass details to. I have an ex-directory landline which is registered on the telephone preference service and yet Im still receiving calls from these companies since complaining to carphone warehouse.

Also they apparently do not have the facilities to change the direct debit date which I find unbelievable.

Would not recommend to anyone as they have caused endless problems and cannot be trusted with your personal details.
