Ordered a new computer for guaranteed next day delivery. Delivery was confirmed and I was instructed to stay in from 7am-9pm!! Yodel had my item on their van and confirmed as such yet didn't attempt delivery. No apology, no explanation just an 0870 number to phone - disgusting. Order is now cancelled. Why oh why people use a bunch of muppets like YODEL to deliver (check out their rating) I really don't know!
