Having been with Orange as a family for 12 years, I got a phone call to ask if i wanted to upgrade. 'Ok' i said 'But make sure you leave everything the same, insurance etc' My Blackberry has just stopped working so I phone up Orange to be told my handsets with E2 save (part of carphone warehouse) When they phoned I was told by the girl she was from Orange and she lead me to believe I was carrying on with Orange, they very kindly cancelled everything with Orange including my insurance. So now if i need my phone mended it is going to take at least 3 weeks with the carphone warehouse! They are possibly the worst mobile company I have ever come across and completely and utterly dishonest. I would recommend you don't touch them with a barge pole.
