I went and bought a phone from carphone warehouse which went ok and the bloke that served me told me i have 7 days to return, got home checked the phone out didnt get along with it and as it was my birthday i recieved another phone.. I then went on to check out the other phone and proffered it to the Ch@t. I took the phone back on the 3rd day as i was at work previous days and asked about a refund, i then got a mouth full of rubbish when they told me 'Vodafone' will not do a refund? well they sold the phone and as it was available to several networks it isn't vodafones phone, which was a load of rubbish. on several occasions i have had problems with carphone warehouse and alternatively i will get my phones from Tesco as they refund or exchange without argument in my past knowledge. ANOTHER downfall of carphone warehouse it that u have to topup £10 pounds.. well i didnt want 10 pounds and a sim card as i already had one :S. Then i find out that if its paid by cash its £20 and £10 by card. On the site and elsewhere it says clearly 'Including £10 topup' I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN and like i said TESCO is my best bet.
