i have a blackberry curve which broke the end of june so i paid my 40.00 excess and got a new which which then broke mid july went into the shop and was told it would be fixed under warrenty after waiting till beging of august when i was told to com and colect my fixed phone i turned up to find it was still broke and would have to pay another 40.00 excess so i done this and was told i would receive a brand new one within 2-3 day . 2 weeks later (TODAY) ive rang and they said its still broke the MANAGER didnt rite the notes in propley so they have sent it away for warrenty AGAIN and its stil broke the girl said she would call me back in 10 min after being on the phone with them for 38mins and 2hourse later still no phone call or fixed phone! oh and theres no manager running the store for the past week!! WOOO WELL DONE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE!!
