“Slow customer service with no end solution! Don't buy!”

I purchased a Blu cell phone through 24hrs Deals earlier this year. Shipping was fast and everything SEEMED to work fine with the phone, except the volume is unusually low even on the highest setting. After a few months I noticed my text/photo (MMS) messages weren't coming through. The phone message said I didn't have enough memory.
