I purchased a Blu cell phone through 24hrs Deals earlier this year. Shipping was fast and everything SEEMED to work fine with the phone, except the volume is unusually low even on the highest setting. After a few months I noticed my text/photo (MMS) messages weren't coming through. The phone message said I didn't have enough memory. I contacted both the manufacterer and 24hrs Deals to figure out the problem. It took them a month just to understand that the phone they sent me doesn't have the correct internal memory that was advertised when I bought it. Also, I had to send them follow up messages because a week or two would pass with no response. Every time they responded, it was with information that had nothing to do with my problem...like check the phone settings. Phone settings have nothing to do with the wrong amount of internal memory!The memory is what it is! Clearly they are not "techy" people. Luckily my husband is so he was helping me explain everything to them. I wanted to exchange the phone for the same one with the correct internal memory that I paid for. As soon as I mentioned an exchange or refund I got the email that I was over the 60-day warranty period and they wouldn't do anything about it. Basically this company is selling phones with different specs and if you don't notice in time then you're out of luck. This is horrible customer service to correct a simple problem. There are a lot of companies out there to buy phones from so please do your research and find one with a good exchange policy in case there's a problem. We buy a lot of technology in my house and I've never had a company not consider an exchange for the same item.
