My 3month old Iphone5 suposedly suffered water damage. Vodafone claimed this caused the speaker to fail,(dont get me started on this point!),and then wanted £190 to fix the phone. I have four phones on contract & have been a customer for 15 years; any discount NO! Iphonefixed recieved my phone on day1 sent it back repaired day2 I received it day3. Cost £40! Bearing in mind insurance can cost £160.00 a year I would need to break the phone another 3 times in 6 months to lose out! Their service was top notch, their effiency 10/10, value for money fantastic. I cannot see how vodaphone can justify their prices and will recomend IPF to anyone who needs help with repairs.

I used this company 3 weeks ago to have the back camera on my iPhone 5 fixed after water damage. I'd never used any repair companies before as I'm usually good with phones but this one is just having every problem going! I sent it off, following their helpful instructions and received it back extremely quickly within 3 working days I believe! I was amazing by the packaging for a start, professional and perfectly fitted to assure the best transportation. I then came to testing my phone to see how the camera would work and straight away it activated and was taking photos again. I'm so happy with this service and the price wasn't out of the way either (for what I was expecting it to be!) I've since fractured the screen on this phone and sent it off to an awful company called M Blue Ltd (or AppleiPhoneRepairs.co.uk). I should've used iPhoneFixed again after their amazing service the first time, but regretfully didn't I'm now paying the price after and AWFUL repair by M Blue Ltd and have returned to iPhoneFixed to have the problem rectified. Mila from customer services was extremely helpful and I look forward to receiving the service I received first time around!

I had taken apart my fone after the screen broke and got a new one online which was sent weeks later and was for a different fone altogether and trying to get in touch again was unreal therefore I found ifix online and it was not a problem for Mila...(whom I corresponded with)to have my fone all stripped down and sent to her as it was. It was repaired in genius time and all through the sending and the sorting of the fone, she was in constant touch through email at every stage. Brilliant company, excellent service and I cannot thank them enough as I got my fone back which looked like new. I would most certainly spread the word about this company. Thankyou.

I ordered a D.I.Y colour change kit and the screen was faulty. I emailed them to raise concern and sent the phone in for them to have a look at. They replaced the screen and also some of the screws I had damaged inside the phone free of charge. Phone looks great and It took them under a week to get the phone back to me. I would recommend that customers check their junk email folder for response from them as I initially thought I was being ignored but it was actually my error for not checking junk email. Thanks guys :)

I am happy to report an exceptional level of customer service from this company. They were quick, reliable, friendly and extremely helpful. I ordered the blue iPhone 4S colour change and was very pleased with the result. 3-day turnaround, the returned phone looked classy and genuine and the Retina display was maintained. What's more, I managed to crack the front panel after a few weeks but after some very understanding correspondence, iPhoneFixed agreed to repair the damage for free. Another 3 day turnaround and my iPhone looks classy again. I'll definitely be recommending to friends - and would implore people to pay a few extra quid for the colour change, it looks fantastic! Recently tried to have my iPhone repaired using the insurance I get through my bank account with Natwest and was told the access is now £100 regardless of the claim details. I only need a new back screen and a part removed from the headphone jack. I found iPhonefixed online and emailed a description of my problem and they recommended the diagnostic repair option, as well as a replacement back screen, for less than a third of my insurance access, delivery included. Slight concern with the lenght of time they thought it might take to return the phone, i.e. 6 or 7 days, but when I raised this, I received a reply to say my phone was already on it's way! Got it back in all fixed, and cleaned up so it looked almost brand new. Even the 'used' back cover replacement looks brand new. Would definitely recommend!

I have purchased the Electro-Blue and the Baby-Blue iPhone 4 DIY conversion kits from this company, also a new rear camera module and a couple of home buttons, to say the service I received was absolutely great would be an understatement! I am being totally honest. The communication throughout my order was great, even when I needed some extra screws/an infrared filter for the ambient light sensor that I found to be missing, possibly when I had sent it away elsewhere in the past, were sent to me free of charge extremely quickly! The quality of parts is really great, they take pride in offering decent parts that I believe they hand pick as they do not want unsatisfied customers, they even offer parts that are of exactly the same quality as original if required. Not too many places are so open when it comes to this, I can honestly say even their non original parts are decent as well.. Companies like this deserve praise, as in my opinion, they are few and far between these days.. Thanks to the guys and gals at iPhonefixed, great service, keep it up, I will be returning for more in the future, in fact I already have!!

got my screen fixed and a colour change, now my iphone i blue. it looks like a authentic product. screen quality is great just like original. will defo use these in the future. it was a 4 day turn around.

Excellent service and very professional. I dropped my phone off in the morning and by 2.30 I received an email saying the phone was ready for collection. I was kept informed by email throughout the day about progress with the repair. When I picked it up it was as good as new, and very well packaged. I even received the postage back same day as i had dropped it iff and picked it up. I cannot recommend iPhoneFixed enough.
