I wish I had reviewed this company in more detail before starting any dealings with them - I would have gone elsewhere.
I actually asked for iPhone repairs to turn my iPhone 4 red - not to unlock.
Firstly the good things:
Polite and prompt response to emails.
The quality of the work done was to a good standard.
Once parts had arrived the device was sorted quickly
Now the bad things:
The website makes claims it doesn't back up - their online agent said the red parts were available when in actual fact after being sent emails stating there was a delay on numerous occasions the parts never materialised.
This happened over a 2 week period.
I ended up having to threaten them I was an informed customer and fully aware of my rights before they did anything. They offered my the phone sooner but in Black or White.
This feels like a ploy to me - entice people in with promises they are not going to keep, obtain their devices and then either wait for them to demand their phone back or to change their order.
Research their company and you will find many negative reviews. There is a filtering process by which dissatsified customers are directed back to them and satisfied ones are allowed to post on this website.
Overall the work done was of a good standard - just very late in being returned and not what was originally offered.
