The opportunity online to ask questions about the service to check that you're sending in your phone for the correct repair with almost instant response. Then a full proof system for sending in your phone. Able to contact someone online to check on progress again with a rapid response then the phone was shipped and arrived as promised and the fault had been resolved. Overall a first class service that inluded contact with real people, highly recommended.
