They received my phone on 16th August 2012 and its now 18th September!
Payment was made straight away for a replacement screen,and phone-back,yet after 3 weeks I paid yet more for a new LCD screen as well because I was informed this was faulty too.That was 1 week ago-still no phone.The staff who work for this firm seem unconcerned and act as if its unusual to mind!
I wish I had known how poor the service was going to be,the web site claims 24 hour repairs!!!
I will wait another week and hope for the best,otherwise I will need to contact trading standards.
So,beware,I would have tried soemwhere local had I ever imagined such delay!
I suspect that this firm is a very small one,the web site may be deceptive.
