Good...but could be quicker

The pricing was competitive and the instructions clear. However, it took nearly 2 weeks to effect the repair and return the phone, apparently due to a failure of the supply chain to provide serviceable spare parts. Customer service agents very helpful, but more info would have been appreciated when it became clear that the original timescale was not going to be met. Phone now returned and appears to be good as new. Overall, very happy - thanks.
