Worst service I've reviewed for a long time!! Had my phone 3 weeks for a screen repair. First the parts were not in stock which I find unacceptable! Only after complaining several times did I receive a refund offer where I was told that I would loose the price of the postage they pay, even though it is entirely their fault and mistake. I declined this as I would have been several pounds down and still with a damaged phone. When they finally had the parts I had to wait a further week as it took them two days to repair and a further three days to send it as they were having 'postal issues'. So I ended up waiting three weeks. I never chose this company because it was the cheapest but because I thought It would be the quickest as I severely needed my phone for works. It states it's a 24 hour service yet it took mine 3 weeks. Not happy with the service!! And not happy with the replies or refund offers i recieved
