useless

As others have reported, I waited 10 working days (3 weeks) with my phone "waiting for diagnosis" before phoning to ask the status, within a few hours I had a message saying the phone was unrepairable due to circuit board failure. Obviously phone was not looked at. Apple quoted me £119 for repair (new microphone), hence my reason for going to iphone-repair but I wish I hadnt bothered. Going to apple as soon as I have my phone back for proffessional service. Don't waste your time.
