“Car lock broken”

My car got broken in to, and the door was damaged. The garage recommended by the insurers wanted to replace the skin and respray. A massive job. I saw The staff at Aylestone Leicester , nationwide . The staff were very down to earth. Said they could repair the skin and replace the lock. My car was in for 24 hours and came out beautifully repaired, with a good clean thrown in. I have now done business with Nationwide Repair Centre at Newport South Wales on three occasions and their customer care is first class.The staff are efficient and very helpful and you are under no duress to accept quotes for repair work.In addition as long as you avoid before 10 30 and between 1300 to 1400 hours there is no need to make an appointment for a quotation. A very curtious and professional service provided when my car had to go for repair.A curtesy car delivered which was brand new and very surprised at how quick the repair took 3 days in total wow.The staff kept me updated as to progress of the work.Would reccomend to anyone… Read Full Review

“one chance to lose my business”

As I write this review, I am still without my Samsung tablet that was picked up by a Nationwide courier 4 weeks ago. When I initially browsed Nationwide's website to get a quote, there was no shortage of communication from June & Steve trying to get my business. Once my tablet left my home everything changed. After their self declared 4-6 day turnaround had passed I emailed to inquire about status. No Reply. waited another week and emailed again. No Reply.
