As I write this review, I am still without my Samsung tablet that was picked up by a Nationwide courier 4 weeks ago. When I initially browsed Nationwide's website to get a quote, there was no shortage of communication from June & Steve trying to get my business. Once my tablet left my home everything changed. After their self declared 4-6 day turnaround had passed I emailed to inquire about status. No Reply. waited another week and emailed again. No Reply. Calls to the phone number listed result in an answering machine with never a callback. My emails became more frequent and urgent in tone and only after 3 weeks did I finally get a response that it was done and would ship out that same day with no further explanation or apology for delay. That was last Friday. Finally trapped June via the online messenger on their site the following Thursday and after some back and forth, was informed that it still hasn't shipped out because they didn't have my address???? How did you send someone to pick it up from then? And why didn't you email requesting an address??? All the way around poor, poor, poor communication or lack thereof. Wouldn't recommend or ever use again. Hopefully I will receive a repaired tablet sometime next week.
