A bad mistake

I blame myself for not taking the time to review this company. Had I read the reviews, I wouldn't have trusted them with my sons toy phone. They promise a 48 hour turn around which is fanciful in the extreme. They have had my phone for nearly two week and still cannot confirm a delivery date. Their quotation price for the repair has risen three times from £50 to £160 and its still not finished I suspect. I made it clear to them that I had to have my phone back by a certain date and if they couldn't guarantee that they were to cancel the repair and send my phone back to me. This they agreed to but two days after my deadline, I still do not have my phone, repaired or not. It is almost impossible to have meaningful dialogue with them as you can only communicate via their own email reply area on their site. In addition to this, they state that they will respond to you within 48 hours.
Defiantly do not trust this company with you goods.
