WHAT A RIP OFF AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

rang them and was quoted £70 for repair, paid £17.50 delivery to them, then on there web site it said it would cost £150. Put several question on the site asking why it was more with no response from them, rang them they said the repair team did`nt start till 11 o`clock and would reply , which they did`nt. so i put on there site not to repair but to return to me. then they responded saying that they could not repair it and i would have to pay £29.40 for them to return it to me. after a few more posts to there site with no response i had to pay. so it`s cost me nearly £50 for nothing.
